What we do with your information

Short version: we use your details to reply to you and to run your account. We don’t sell them and we don’t send you anything you didn’t ask for.

Who we are

Ignyte is a trading style of Near Me Searches UK Limited, registered in England and Wales, company number 15965829, registered office Innovation House, 11 North Street, Pewsey, Wiltshire SN9 5ES. For anything to do with your information, email info@weareignyte.com.

What we collect

  • Details you send us through our enquiry form: your name, business name, email, phone number and message.
  • Account and billing information if you become a client, including Direct Debit details held by our payment provider.
  • Basic technical information such as IP address and browser type, collected by our hosting provider in server logs.

Why we use it

  • To reply to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to provide the services and take payment.
  • To meet our legal and accounting obligations.
  • We don't use your details for marketing unless you've asked us to.

Who else sees it

Our hosting provider is Hostinger. We also use providers for email delivery, content delivery and analytics. We’ll give you the current list of named providers on request. Each is bound to protect your information and to use it only for the work we ask them to do.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we’re using it. Email info@weareignyte.com and we’ll respond within a month. If you’re not happy with our answer you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Before launch
  • Add the named email delivery, content delivery and analytics providers.
  • Confirm the Hostinger data centre region and state where data is held.
  • State how long enquiry records and client records are kept.
  • Have this checked by a solicitor alongside the terms.
